We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary

Manages Shared Services Center of Excellence team responsible for Supply Chain analytics, reporting, data governance, data modelling, and procurement support, including:

  • Providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to team on analytics, reporting, data governance, data modelling, procurement support, and other assigned responsibilities.
  • Supporting team to develop business acumen, project management skills, and mindset to recommend and develop business recommendations and solutions.
  • Engaging with Supply Chain leaders, to understand key business objectives and drivers.
  • Developing strategic direction along with tactical assignments to support Supply Chain goals.
  • Building and maintaining roadmap for data solutions (models, visualization tools and reports), data governance, and process improvements.
  • Researching and implementing new and emerging data analytics trends and best practices.
  • Leading initiatives to improve data integrity in both sources systems and reporting tools.
  • Training Supply Chain team on available tools and solutions.
  • Leading advanced analytical support for strategic initiatives and presenting recommendations to executive level audience.
  • Partnering with IT to prioritize and coordinate Supply Chain projects.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

7+ years of experience in sourcing, reporting or other related functions. 

  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing/category management and/or materials management processes and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of financial analysis tools and techniques.
  • Preferred experience with Power BI, Snowflake, and other reporting/data visualization tools. 
  • Leadership skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. Teaming and human relations skills.
  • Analytical, resource assessment, and management skills.
  • Decision making and issue resolution skills.
  • Effective work management skills.
  • Ability to train and teach others.
  • Experience with SAP, preferred. 

Education Requirements

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:

Bachelor

Preferred Discipline(s): Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Supply Chain Analytics
