We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary: Supervisor – Corporate Disbursements (Card Team & Vendor Maintenance Team)

This position provides direct supervision and strategic leadership for the Credit Card Team and Vendor Maintenance Team within Corporate Disbursements. The Supervisor is responsible for comprehensive work coordination, team management, training, and performance evaluation, ensuring that all team members are supported in their roles and are delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development
    Provide strategic direction and oversight for the Credit Card and Vendor Maintenance Teams. Lead performance management initiatives, including evaluations, coaching, and professional development programs to build a high-performing, collaborative workforce.

  • Compliance & Process Governance
    Ensure strict adherence to SOX requirements and internal audit standards. Maintain robust accounts payable controls and implement policies that safeguard accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all operations.

  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management
    Act as the primary liaison with internal partners, fostering strong relationships to resolve disputes, works to enhance acceptance of programs, and align processes with corporate objectives. Oversee vendor reviews to confirm compliance and documentation standards. Serve as escalated contact for vendor issues or disputes.

  • Operational Excellence & Innovation
    Drive continuous improvement by monitoring systems for control gaps, implementing corrective measures, and introducing automation solutions such as AI and BOT technologies to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

  • Analytics, Reporting & Project Oversight
    Work with team to develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports to track key metrics and inform strategic decision-making. Provide leadership for cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

5+ years of related experience.   A Master's degree will count as one year towards the experience requirement.

Required knowledge, skills, abilities and experience include:

  • Understanding of accounts payable, card program operations, vendor relations, and automated accounting systems (SAP, Concur Expense, Taulia, Ariba).
  • Past experience with contract management, working with purchase orders, compliance and other related functions is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in performance tracking and process optimization.
  • Ability to coordinate, process, and control large volumes of work quickly and accurately.

 

Education Requirements

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:  Bachelor

Preferred Disciplines:  Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above
