We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary

This position provides administrative support within Corporate Risk Management.  Specific job duties include the following:

  • Invoice and check processing;
  • Preparation of IT requests, purchase orders, office supply requests;
  • Expense report reconciliation;
  • Manage and administer the insurance certificate program:
  • Maintain the insurance in-force report;
  • Aid in insurance program budget preparation;
  • Setting up comprehensive records and files;
  • Prepare standard reports and charts;
  • Compile data from various sources and forms;
  • Contact other departments to obtain information and reconcile routine discrepancies;
  • Make minor corrections, code items, and maintain record of documents processed;
  • Inform department of missing or incorrect data;
  • Utilize computer systems to record, store and retrieve information;
  • Compile regular and special reports using established formats and procedures;
  • Perform clerical duties that are highly structured according to established procedures. 


Note:  There is one position available which will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidates' education, experience, knowledge skills, and abilities.  In addition, this position is a part-time position.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

Process Assistant II:  2+ years general office experience; Process Assistant III:  5+ years general office experience.

Specific knowledge, skills, abilities and experience include:

  • Ability to manage/prioritize multiple activities and resources;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Proficient personal computer skills;
  • Strong skills using spreadsheet and word processing applications and SAP;
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.

Education Requirements

Required degree (equivalency not accepted in lieu of required degree): High School Graduate , GED
