We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary
This role will provide administrative and process support to Audit Services and Ethics & Compliance leadership.
Specific job duties include:
- Assisting with Board/CEO presentation preparation
- Ensuring records retention policy compliance
- Coordinating the legal hold process
- Serving as Time Administrator for the team
- Coordinating travel and meetings for directors
- Requisition, purchase order, and invoice processing / year-end liabilities reporting
- Onboarding coordination and ITRC support
- Maintaining/ordering supplies
- Supporting the budget tracking process
- Updating email distribution lists, Teams General, shared drive, and SharePoint access for E&C (backup for Audit Services)
- Completing Business Continuity Plan updates for E&C (backup for Audit Services)
- Backing up the report distribution process for Audit Services
- Maintaining the E&C Annual Independence, Objectivity, and Confidentiality Attestation process
- Monitoring and tracking status of E&C cases
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
- 5+ years of general office experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of organizational and department procedures associated with business process or function.
- Ability to prioritize work and exercise considerable discretion and confidentiality in performance of duties.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously, requiring the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle unexpected changes.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strong skills using spreadsheet, word processing and presentation applications and SAP.
- Proficient personal computer skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
