We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Military service members and veterans with a rank of E-5 or higher plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary

The Manager-Corporate Disbursements will perform the following duties:

  • Manages a team responsible for all aspects of the invoice payment process including invoice entry, issue resolution and vendor banking updates.
  • Directs company's accounts payable function and supporting activities including development and administration of disbursement policy, 1099 reporting and internal/external reporting of company disbursements.
  • Provides direction and support to ensure accounts payable and employee expense accounting comply with regulatory requirements and corporate policy.
  • Directs administration and policy and procedure development for employee expense program through the management of the corporate credit card program.
  • Directs maintenance and enhancement of automated procurement and employee expense systems to ensure appropriate control and data efficiency.  This includes SAP, Ariba, Taulia and Concur among other systems.
  • Directs department auditing of accounts payable to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory accounting requirements.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

8-10+ years related experience.  Note:  A Master's degree will count as one year of experience.  A partial year of six months or more of experience will be rounded to a full year.

Specific knowledge, skills, abilities and experience include:

  • Strong knowledge of expense and disbursements policies.
  • Prior formal or informal leadership experience.
  • Ability to evaluate and act on rapid changes in technology.
  • Knowledge of procurement and employee expense systems.
  • Basic knowledge of contracts and purchasing.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Personal computer skills.
  • Demonstrated administrative and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to interpret company accounting policy and procedures.

Education Requirements

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:  Bachelor
