We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity. 



 

 

Job Summary

This position supports DEV Distribution and our Contractor Resource Management team.  The CRM team manages contractor line crews who support our various electric distribution construction and operations projects and programs.

This analyst will participate in and support technology management, business processes and data development for Contractor Resource Management. Develops and maintains credibility, and effective working relations, with both users and IT personnel. Provide technical support and training for CRM (Contractor Resource Management) team and contractors. Candidate will become a SME for CRM applications and other DE applications used by CRM and will work with CRM leads and other DE IT teams in the development, testing, training and deployment of new applications. This position will assist with CRM processes such as background investigation requests, contractor reporting, scorecards, data gathering and others as needed.

 

Storm Restoration and support roles–

The electric distribution team is actively engaged in storm restoration and response.  The successful candidate will be expected to participate in storm restoration activities.  These events may occur after hours and/or on weekends and holidays.

Contractor Administration System (CAS)

Various Power Apps such as Traffic Control,

MS office suite - MS Word, Excel, Power Point

Power BI, SharePoint and other collaboration/reporting tools

 

Some specific roles include but are not limited to:

  • iPad tools Program – become Subject Matter Expert and management of the Contractor iPad program. Including deployment, tracking, responding to and answering questions regarding the device.  Developing and maintaining job/aids.
  • Provide Application Operational and Development/Training Support for Contractor Resource Management team and contractors

 

  • CAS (Contractor Administration System) –become Subject Matter Expert of CAS to include, include but is not limited to: understanding of how all forms, tables and reports work together; Understanding of how data is exported; Ability to identify issues and recognizing opportunities for improvements.
  • Provide Access Support for various computer applications within contractor resource management
  • Management of Enterprise ID Management for Contractors, including the onboarding of new contractors and enabling them to have access to technology tools and systems

 

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

The knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following:

2-3+ years of relevant experience in directly related field. Strong planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously. Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making. Effective analytical skills. Strong computer skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education Requirements

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:

Bachelor 

Preferred Discipline(s):  Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance
