We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Manager, Electric Transmission & Distribution Permitting, the successful candidate will prepare, analyze, and present metrics, analyze, recommend, and implement data collection process improvements, and ensure data integrity as it relates to reporting and analytics for the team. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for providing routine support to the E&S Electric Transmission & Distribution Permitting team.  
 

Job Duties to Include:
 

  • Assist with the identification and implementation of enhanced work processes for Electric Transmission & Distribution Environmental Permitting teams.
  • Facilitate development and management of team program manuals, how-to’s, trainings, and guidance to support consistency in team deliverables. 
  • Develop and manage team collaboration sites including SharePoint, shared drive, team OneNote(s), and other tools as well as support team activities in DomEnO
  • Assist with a variety of routine tasks that support programmatic development and maintenance consistent with Department policies and procedures.  
  • Processing of information, documents or materials to include: managing program records and files, preparing standard reports and charts and compiling data from various sources and forms. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

  • 2-3+ years experience working with or managing data in SharePoint, PowerBI, DomEnO, SAP, and the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
  • Strong planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to quickly understand the business needs and be creative in providing solutions to support long term goals of the program.
  • Demonstrated consensus-building and team-building skills.
  • Ability to compile, analyze, and interpret information and data to make sound decisions and recommendations.
  • Must be able to work in a professional team environment with limited direct supervision.

Education Requirements

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
 

 Bachelor preferred in Business, Business Management, Business Administration
 

 Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above
