We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
This role oversees and coordinates resources and processes associated with development and deployment of SAP Enterprise Asset Management applications and systems, including SAP mobile and forms-based applications. Coordinates and collaborates with business stakeholders to develop requirements and prioritize needs. Works closely with vendor(s) to address and resolve application issues. Primary liaison with SAP Enterprise, IT Risk, and ITBA groups, communicating business needs and advocating for IT resources necessary to fulfill them. Serve as subject matter expert for ET’s EAM business needs, providing guidance on SAP program additions and improvements. Takes lead on special projects associated with SAP data collection and validation. Provides training and mentorship to ET SAP community. Troubleshoots and resolves complex issues. Represents Electric Transmission at various user conferences and related working groups. Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following:
7+ years directly related experience
Expert knowledge of SAP Enterprise Asset Management/Plant Maintenance
Significant experience with SAP Corporate-level Enterprise activities and initiatives
Strong knowledge of related SAP areas, including Materials and Projects
Demonstrated experience with Mobile Application development
In-depth knowledge of Electric Transmission work flows and processes;
Strong leadership skills;
Equally effective working independently or in a team environment;
Proven decision-making skills;
Proficient oral and written communication skills (including technical writing);
Strong organizational and project management skills and evaluation techniques;
Ability to address issues, applying analytical and abstract thinking;
Ability to resolve problems and to process information quickly
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor
Preferred Discipline(s): Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Information Technology, Technical Studies
