Job Summary
Located in Columbia/Cayce SC
This position defines and develops various enterprise-wide performance metrics, analyzes and recommends data collection process improvements, and ensures data integrity in reporting and analytics as it relates to various fleet and FA processes and functions. This role will partner with the Business Performance Analyst to complete various daily, weekly, and monthly functions. Additionally, this role will help assist with equipment specifications and engineering drawing reviews.
Core Functions:
- Accurately complete processes to include, but not limited to:
- Fuel imports
- Fuel Card administration
- New Equipment Data Gathering
- New Equipment Parts Inventory for Maintenance
- Complete equipment specifications and review engineering drawings to ensure company specifications are met.
- Capital Work Order initiation and completion
- Develop, build, and generate various ad hoc reports
- FA Fleet System administration: updating, adding, testing, and/or changing various data fields and user roles.
- Review processes, policies and procedures to ensure consistent standardization of processes for Electric, Gas and Fleet Materials.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as required or assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
- Recent Microsoft Excel experience – intermediate to advanced skills.
- Experience creating queries, programs and linking tables to other systems.
- Ability to generate and customize various reports to meet customer needs.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Solid written and oral communication skills with the ability to adapt writing and delivery styles based on audience.
- Possess a collaborative, team-oriented approach when working with teams.
- Ability to complete tasks/processes in a systematic, methodical order.
- Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
- While on a co-op rotation must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the assigned work location and have reliable transportation. (Note: A housing stipend/allowance is available for eligible students).
Education Requirements
- Must be in the process of obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree preferably in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program at a 4 year college or university.
- Students must have a minimum GPA of 2.5.
- Students should have an anticipated graduation date graduation of Fall 2026 to May 2028
