Job Summary
Provide supervision in developing and producing schedules, fragments and reports for maintenance and maintenance related work activities at the station. This includes outage and non-outage scheduling Tracks and schedules preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and periodic testing activities to optimize personnel, equipment, and systems availability. Coordinate scheduling and maintenance activities with all station departments to ensure availability of plant systems, equipment, components, and personnel are available on a daily basis. Supervise personnel who develop, maintain, revise, and issue special reports (fragments) which provide detailed information regarding safety related and technical specification items to management and effected department. This also includes implementation of NRC maintenance rules, guidelines and preparation of station Long Range schedules. Develop and distribute work schedules and other scheduling reports. Coordinates daily non-outage activities for effective plant maintenance and upgrades. Supervise and assign work to personnel assigned to the scheduling group. Responsible for developing work production indicators and analyzing and communicating these to station management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following:
-7+ years relevant experience (with preferred Bachelor's degree)
-In lieu of preferred related Bachelor's degree, may substitute related Associate's degree and 9+ years of directly related experience or High School diploma/GED and 11+ years of directly related experience that demonstrates knowledge of relevant fundamental theories, principles and concepts.
-Detailed plant systems knowledge
-Detailed knowledge of tech specs and M-rule
-Detailed knowledge of work control process

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
