Job Summary
This position may be filled at either the Associate LNG Technician, LNG Technician, or Sr. LNG Technician level depending on qualifications.
Relocation assistance may be offered to the successful eligible candidate.
Associate LNG Technician
Maintain and operate liquified, natural gas plant equipment and facilities. This includes engine-driven, reciprocating, natural gas compressors and ancillary equipment (pumps, heat exchangers, filters, instrumentation and controls, etc.), piping, boilers, valves, storage tanks, reciprocating air compressors, auxiliary generator, and heaters. Performs installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair of computer systems controls, and microprocessor-based controls. Installs, calibrates, performs preventive maintenance, and repairs hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, electronic, and air-monitoring equipment and instruments. Tests, repairs, and maintains regulatory and measurement equipment.
LNG Technician

Sr. LNG Technician
Maintains and operates liquified, natural gas, plant equipment and facilities. This includes engine-driven, reciprocating, natural gas compressors and ancillary equipment (pumps, heat exchangers, filters, instrumentation and controls, etc.), piping, boilers, valves, storage tanks, reciprocating air compressors, auxiliary generators, and heaters. Performs installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair of computer systems and microprocessor-based controls. Installs, calibrates, performs preventive maintenance, and repairs hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, electronic, and air-monitoring equipment and instruments. Tests, repairs, and maintains regulatory and measurement equipment. Trains and/or assists less- experienced Technicians.

The knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following:
0-2 years' related plant operating experience.
Effective communication skills.
Computer skills sufficient for operating, programming, and auditing databases and other applications.
LNG Technician
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following:
At least 3 years' related plant operating and maintenance experience.
Effective communication skills.
Computer skills sufficient for operating, programming, and auditing databases and other applications.
Sr LNG Technician
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following:
At least 5 years' related plant operating and maintenance experience.
Effective communication skills.
Computer skills sufficient for operating, programming, and auditing databases and other applications.

- Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3 plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined (above / below).

Licenses, Certifications, or Quals Description
Must possess a valid driver's license and operate a company vehicle.

-12-hour rotating shift schedule that may include holidays, weekends, and overtime. -Safety sensitive position subject to DOT Random Drug Testing. -Work around rotating machinery, high pressure equipment, and high voltage hazards. -Requires climbing and working above ground at heights up to 150 Ft. -Work around flammable gasses and liquids. -Subject to outside environmental conditions during all seasons. -Travel typically less than 20%.
