Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary Lead UI/UX Designer to drive the evolution of user experience and interface design across our enterprise platforms. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for modern design systems, user-centric innovation, and scalable design processes. You will lead a team of designers and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver intuitive, elegant, and impactful digital experiences for our internal & external customers. 

 

Design Leadership: Define and champion modern UI/UX practices, design systems, and accessibility standards across enterprise applications. 

Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a long-term design strategy aligned with business goals and user needs. 

Team Management: Mentor and lead a team of UI/UX designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment. 

User Research & Testing: Oversee user research initiatives, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions. 

Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries for consistent user experiences. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

Ideal candidate should have the following background and experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 
  • Proven experience designing for large-scale enterprise platforms or SaaS products. 
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma Design & Figma Jam, including component libraries, auto-layout, prototyping, and collaboration features. 
  • Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and industry standard prototyping tools. 
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they impact design. 
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, design excellence, and measurable impact. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. 

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields: 

User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication 

Preferred: Master’s Degree in a related field (e.g., HCI, Design Strategy, Digital Media). 

Certifications in tools or methodologies (e.g., Figma, Design Thinking, UX Research, Accessibility Standards).
