We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
Responsible for identifying, designing, and delivering digital solutions that improve end‑to‑end supply chain processes, including source‑to‑pay, supplier onboarding, contract lifecycle management, inventory, and warehousing. The level of the position will be based on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
The role partners closely with Supply Chain teams, Operations, and IT to discover process gaps, reduce manual effort, and enable adoption through structured change management and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery efforts across supply chain functions to identify inefficiencies, constraints, control gaps, and automation opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear process documentation, functional requirements, and success metrics.
- Surface and recommend standardization and best practice opportunities across supply chain processes while balancing flexibility for business needs.
- Design and deliver digital workflow and automation solutions that:
- Eliminate manual, repetitive tasks and reduce process cycle times
- Enforce standardized workflows, business rules, and approval paths
- Improve process transparency, traceability, and user experience across supply chain functions
- Lead and/or coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives across Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and Finance partners to ensure aligned delivery.
- Create and deliver training materials, job aids, and enablement sessions for analysts, process owners, and end users.
- Ensure solutions are sustainable through documentation, knowledge transfer, and clear ownership models.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Associate: 0-2 years related experience.
Mid-level: 3-5 years of related experience.
Senior: 5+ years of related experience.
- Demonstrated experience improving enterprise supply chain processes through digital, analytical, or automation solutions.
- Strong data literacy and experience working with ERP‑based business data.
- Experience delivering reporting, analytics, automation, or data integration using the Microsoft Power Platform solutions in a large organization.
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives independently and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business problems into practical, scalable solutions.
- Experience with AI‑enabled or intelligent automation solutions in business process contexts such as CoPilot, Zip, Oro Labs, etc.
Education Requirements
Degree or equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor
Preferred Discipline(s): Supply Chain Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
