We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary

This role focuses on discovering process gaps, building scalable, sustainable digital solutions that automate workflows, enhance data visibility, and improve compliance.  The position partners with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and Finance to ensure solutions are reliable, governed, and adopted across the organization. Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining digital solutions that improve end‑to‑end supply chain processes, including source‑to‑pay, supplier onboarding, contract lifecycle management, inventory, and warehousing.

 

The level of the positions will be based on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.

 

Responsibilities include:

Lead and/or coordinate multiple, concurrent, cross-functional initiatives to ensure aligned delivery.

Design, build, and maintain digital solutions

  • Develop workflows, automations, and applications using tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and related technologies that drive automation, standardization, visibility and compliance
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards
  • Continuously enhance solutions based on user feedback, performance data, and evolving business needs

Own solution lifecycle management

  • Manage solutions from design through deployment, support, and ongoing optimization
  • Maintain documentation, version control, and support models to ensure long-term sustainability
  • Create and deliver training materials, job aids, and enablement sessions for analysts, process owners, and end users
  • Monitor performance, resolve issues, and implement enhancements proactively

Translate business needs into technical solutions

  • Lead discovery efforts across supply chain functions to identify inefficiencies, constraints, control gaps, and automation opportunities
  • Gather requirements and convert them into clear process documentation and functional requirements
  • Define success metrics focused on adoption and value creation

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

Associate: 0-2 years related experience.

Mid-level: 3-5 years of related experience. 

Senior: 5+ years of related experience. 

  • Demonstrated experience developing and supporting digital solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) or similar tools.
  • Experience working with ERP data and integrating systems across business platforms.
  • Strong data literacy and ability to design solutions using structured data models.
  • Experience managing solution lifecycles, including deployment, maintenance, and enhancement.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience with AI-enabled or intelligent automation tools (e.g., Copilot, Zip, Oro Labs) preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams.

Education Requirements

Degree or equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:

Bachelor

Preferred Discipline(s): Supply Chain Analytics, Decision Analytics, Business Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Computer Science
