We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
Responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and continuously improving digital solutions that enhance end-to-end Supply Chain processes. Solutions may support source-to-pay, supplier onboarding, contract lifecycle management, inventory, warehousing, and related functions using enterprise systems, third-party platforms, workflow tools, low-code technologies, and automation.
Works with Supply Chain, Operations, Information Technology, process owners, and end users to identify process improvement opportunities and deliver solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, compliance, controls, and user experience while aligning with enterprise standards and achieving sustained adoption.
The level of the positions will be based on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Digital Solution Delivery
- Lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional initiatives to ensure successful delivery and business alignment.
- Design, configure, implement, and enhance digital solutions, workflows, automations, and applications using technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, source-to-pay platforms, and related enterprise tools.
- Evaluate platform capabilities, controls, and integrations to address business needs and maximize value.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, supportable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Manage Solution Lifecycle
- Own solutions throughout their lifecycle, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, support, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain documentation, version control, and support processes to ensure long-term sustainability.
- Monitor solution performance, resolve issues, and implement enhancements based on business priorities, adoption metrics, and user feedback.
Translate Business Needs into Solutions
- Lead discovery efforts to identify process inefficiencies, risks, control gaps, and automation opportunities.
- Translate business needs into process documentation, requirements, user stories, workflows, solution designs, and recommended process improvements.
- Define and track success metrics focused on user adoption, operational effectiveness, and business value realization.
Drive Adoption
- Develop training materials, job aids, communications, and enablement activities that support adoption and effective use of delivered solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders and end users to gather feedback, promote continuous improvement, and maximize business outcomes.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Mid-level: 3-5 years of related experience.
Senior: 5+ years of related experience.
- Demonstrated experience supporting digital solutions, business platforms, technology implementations, procurement transformation, business analysis, or process-improvement initiatives in an organizational environment
- Ability and willingness to learn and use low-code, workflow, automation, and business-platform tools in a hands-on capacity
- Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps or Power Automate, or transferable experience with low-code tools, workflow automation, platform configuration, or application support
- Ability to understand business data, identify data needs, and work effectively with technical partners
- Preferred: Experience working with enterprise resource planning data, system integrations, reporting data, or structured data models
- Experience managing solution lifecycles, including deployment, maintenance, and enhancement
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Experience with AI-enabled or intelligent automation tools (e.g., Copilot, Zip, Oro Labs) preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams
- Preferred: Experience configuring, administering, supporting, implementing, or enhancing a source-to-pay, procurement, supplier-management, contract-management, or related business platform. Examples may include SAP Ariba, Coupa, GEP SMART, or comparable solutions

Degree or equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related exeperience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor
Preferrred Discipline(s): supply chain, business, analytics, information systems, or a related field.

Expected Hiring Base Salary Range:
Intermediate $65,500 to $104,600
Senior $81,900 to $130,900
