We offer a hybrid work schedule (one week in the office, one week of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
- Assist with basic support tasks related to HR systems (e.g., data validation, documentation, and user support requests)
- Help maintain and organize HR system documentation and process materials
- Support testing activities for system updates or enhancements
- Assist with data entry, reporting support, or audit preparation as assigned
- Adhere to data privacy, confidentiality, and security requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

Basic understanding of computers, applications, and technology concepts
- Strong attention to detail when working with data or documentation

Basic written and verbal communication skills

Organization and time management skills

Basic problem‑solving skills and willingness to ask questions when unsure

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information responsibly

Willingness to learn, follow processes, and work collaboratively
Education Requirements
- Currently enrolled in high school (junior or senior preferred)
- Must have a 3.5 GPA or higher
- No prior IT or HR experience required
- Coursework or school projects related to technology, business, or information systems is a plus
- Interest in technology, or business systems preferred
