We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary

We have several exciting software projects underway and are seeking a dynamic IT Programmer Analyst to join our team and contribute to their success. This opportunity is ideal for a highly motivated, high-potential professional with strong programming skills, a passion for technology, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
 
Technical qualifications include:
•    Develop and maintain web applications that integrate with multiple enterprise systems, including LDAP, relational databases, and third-party APIs.
•    Demonstrate hands-on experience with SharePoint and Autodesk Vault (AutoCAD Vault).
•    Support and enhance applications related to electric transmission systems.
•    Utilize and manage API integrations through API Management platforms (APIM).
•    Work with applications that integrate with enterprise tools such as CyberArk, Okta, and Microsoft Outlook.
•    Contribute to the development and support of mobile applications and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.
•    Build and maintain web applications primarily using Angular and ASP.NET frameworks.
•    Troubleshoot, configure, and deploy Windows servers, including managing IIS-hosted web applications.
•    Demonstrate extensive experience with source control and DevOps practices, including Git, Team Foundation Server (TFS), and the design and management of automated build and release pipelines.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

 

  • 5-6+ years of relevant professional experience in a directly related field.
    •    Collaborate with fellow IT professionals on the full lifecycle of multiple high-profile projects
    •    Estimate Programming deliverables, and provide updates on progress towards those deliverables
    •    Design optimal technical solution to meet project requirements
    •    Develop or modify application code and supporting technical documentation
    •    Investigate defects and enhancement requests
    •    Analyze and compare alternative solutions, and make appropriate recommendations
    •    Establish and maintain effective working relationships with business customers, IT colleagues, and software vendors
    •    Unit test planning and text execution of new solutions
    •    Advise less experienced Programmer Analysts
    •    Perform other duties as requested or assigned

Education Requirements

Bachelor degree required.  Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent  preferred

Expected Hiring Base Salary Range:

 

$90,900 - $118,100

 

The expected hiring base salary range is the range we anticipate hiring within for this position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the selected candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and work location. This is not intended to represent the full salary range for the position or limit future compensation growth.
