We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary
There is one position available and it will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidate's level of experience and abilities.
Works independently in the development, implementation and administration of Customer Energy Solutions models and business activities across the Dominion Energy enterprise. Identifies, analyzes and compares alternative opportunities for energy solutions and adopting new technologies. Provides project management with vendor selection, managing vendor networks, and monitoring and advising on vendor contract performance and compliance. Provides financial services including profitability analysis, capital and O&M budget development, and cost tracking. Responsible for research and analysis of technical feasibility, potential markets, competitive landscape, risk factors, business partners, and customers for new business opportunities, products and services. Leads the development of strategic business cases and product plans to inform direction and approach for strategic initiatives. Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders on new business integration and implementation. Provides regular updates to senior executives and advises on new business initiatives and implementation.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Energy Solutions Specialist:
- 3+ years directly related experience;
- Strong planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate
- and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously;
- Experience in performing profitability analysis, capital and O&M budget development, and
- cost tracking;
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making;
- Effective analytical skills;
- Strong computer skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Senior Energy Solutions Specialist:
- 5+ years directly related experience;
- Demonstrated planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously;
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making;
- In-depth experience in performing profitability analysis, capital and O&M budget development, and cost tracking;
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making; Effective analytical skills and excellent computer skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
