We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary
Develops, implements, and coordinates cost controls for construction projects. Monitors actual project cost to ensure projects are proceeding on schedule and within budget. Prepares budgets and analyzes monthly cost reports and conducts variance analysis. Conducts meetings with contractors and company personnel on cost control matters. Interfaces with other departments to coordinate and integrate support requirements on construction projects. Provides updates to management and assists with ad hoc financial analysis. Develops and reviews project estimates, schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and capital budgets. Interfaces and coordinates with other corporate and operations groups.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following:
-5-6+ years of experience in financial management and analysis, accounting standards and practices, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, FERC and SEC accounting.
-Excellent leadership; organizational; interpersonal; verbal and written communication skills.
-Requires ability to work under own initiative and tight deadlines
-Demonstrated expertise in project financial planning and analysis; capital allocation; due diligence process; understanding of accounting, tax and financing principles.
-Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
-Project Management experience a plus.
-Aptitude for continuous learning.
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor
Preferred Disciplines: Construction Management, Engineering
