We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary

This role is the senior progression level in the Business Intelligence Job Family. Distinguished from the Business Intelligence Analyst role by the increased complexity in the application of skills, knowledge, and responsibility for process ownership. Performs difficult and complex work requiring strong skills and significant knowledge and experience within the functional area or specific discipline. Considered the senior level technical expert in specialized Data Analysis, Modeling and Data Science. Possesses the ability to act as the liaison between several DEV business units to provide data driven, ad-hoc responses based on analytics, modeling, and statistical data by developed proprietary program parameters. Works at a high technical level with Business Performance, Finance, Systems, Operations, and Engineering professionals by clearly articulating analytic data into applicable solutions and decisions. Provides dynamic, deep technical and business-related support for all aspects of governance, cataloging, data acquisition, data quality, data analysis, data interpretation, and interactive data visualizations. This includes business metadata, business rules, and influence remediation of data quality defects. Ability to work as a lead in cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, develop model strategies, develop technical design solutions, and provide actionable decisions supported by customized data sets. Designs, develops, and delivers upon data and technology needs to support business intelligence and analytics. Works on multiple data platforms and develops analytic solutions using multiple technologies and programming languages. Devises or modifies procedures to solve problems. Research and applies design, develop, and delivery of advanced analytics solutions with consideration for functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure, efficiency, and performance. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

The knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following:

-5-7+ years of directly related experience in computerized data analysis in DEV. 
High level experience in programming, querying, data structures, statistics, data visualization and communication, adapting to and applying rapidly changing technology to business needs. 
-Preferred experience in: Metadata Analysis, Business Glossary, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Data Catalog (TBD), Data Quality Tool (TBD), Alteryx, SQL. 
-Advanced knowledge in utilizing MS Power Bl, MS Access, MS SQL Server Management Studio, Alteryx, RazorSQL, Python, Toad database developer software.
-Demonstrated problem solving skills and is a logical and analytical thinker. A
-Advanced ability to research and understand customer processes and issues.
-Interacts or leads work with people from all levels of the organization in order to influence and impact others with decisions that may have significant budgetary impact. 
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team. 
-Ability to handle deadlines and pressure with concern for quality. Strong conceptual thinking and reasoning abilities. 
-Demonstrated competency in verbal, written and presentation communication.
-Demonstrated self-starter with self-control and flexibility.

Bachelor
