We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
This key role will drive business development and growth for Dominion Voltage Inc. (DVI)
Essential job functions include:
- Consult with teammates on the development and execution of meaningful strategic business development and marketing initiatives
- Work with the team to develop clear and compelling messaging and content for use in proposals, responses to RFPs, client presentations and digital marketing
- Collaborate with the Utility peers to align business strategy and cross-collaboration efforts
- Prepare intelligence reports on clients, qualified prospects
- Overseeing the pitch and proposal tracking process and develop best practices for future opportunities based on the analyses
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a combination of utility operations, engineering and/or business development. Note: A Master's degree will count as one year of experience. A partial year of six months or more will be rounded up to one year.
Specific knowledge, skills, abilities and experience include:
- Exceptional communication skills, including an innate ability to communicate to the clients on overall efforts, progress and results.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and be able to easily pivot as deadlines and priorities move and change
- A solid command of software applications to produce high-end, professional work product, including extensive experience in PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with any or all AMI, DERMS, SCADA, SAP and Contact Relationship Management (CRM) system are a plus.
- Technical sales or sales generation experience preferred.
The company is actively seeking United States military veterans and service members who meet the qualifications outlined above.
- Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience are encouraged to apply.
