We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
The Asset Management Senior Analyst role supports the operations and/or the investment functions of Dominion's Asset Management Group overseeing more than $20 billion in assets, including the Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans, Nuclear Decommissioning Trusts, Voluntary Employees; Beneficiary Association (VEBA), Rabbi Trust.
Responsibilities include:
- Assists in maintaining an operations function to support the execution of multi-asset investment portfolios, including cash management, wire set-up, trade execution, portfolio reconciliations, performance reporting, audit and taxes
- Maintains relationships and works with various parties including custodian banks, investment managers, fund administrators, internal and external auditors, tax advisor, and various groups within Dominion to provide information related to making investments, presentations to the Asset Management Committee, SEC, and other regulatory reporting
- Performs activity and market value reconciliations for the group’s more complex trusts/portfolios
- Makes independent decisions; assesses current internal processes and standards and make recommendations for process improvements to gain operational efficiencies
- Serves as the main point of contact for internal and external auditors; handles inquires as they arise with minimum supervision
- Responsible for reporting and analyzing portfolio performance, exposures, and benchmarks
- Completes fund subscription documents and provide KYC and AML documentation as required by external funds
- Supports compilation of quarterly reporting for the group's Asset Management Committee
- Provides training, assistance, advice and solutions to less experienced analysts and peers
- Leads and completes complex ad hoc projects as needed
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
5-7+ years of related experience in investment operations, accounting, auditing or custody, and an understanding of multi-asset class investment portfolios and the underlying strategies (Note: a Master's degree will count as one year of experience. A partial year of six months or more will be rounded to one year)

- Excellent organizational skills, exceptionally detail-oriented with the ability to effectively handle concurrent projects, meet deadlines and consistently produce high quality work
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and an aptitude for continuous learning
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, emotional intelligence, and ability to reach a higher level of proficiency and work complexity
- Deep commitment to a culture of excellence
- Experience with Caissa a plus.
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor
