We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary
Dominion's Renewable Energy Operations organization is seeking a dynamic, detailed oriented and organized Renewable Energy Project Manager to manage the commercial aspects of several utility-scale renewable energy projects (solar and wind).
- Serve as the commercial liaison to third-party Operation and Maintenance team(s).
- Manage all commercial aspects of their assigned sites, including but not limited to, compliance (contractual, zoning, environmental), financial management, and relationship management with vendors.
- Work collaboratively with counterparties, vendors, and corporate support (construction, legal, energy marketing, engineering, finance, accounting, tax, and environmental) to achieve maximum site profitability with safety, ethics and compliance in mind.
- Ensure the optimization of contract initiatives and leads contract redesign
- Responsible for developing and managing O&M budgets, including providing Finance with monthly inputs regarding forecasting and accruing expenses related to the sites you manage.
- Managing internal and external resources to optimize site production in collaboration with Technical Project Manager counterpart.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following:
7+ years of related experience
- Contract or compliance management experience
- Experience with energy development projects, energy contracts, familiarity with system operators and balancing authorities (such as PJM) and/or experience interacting with local, county, and state permitting authorities.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Effective communicator
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience negotiating agreements
- Proven project manager with ability to multi-task and thrive within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with project financing and projects in partnerships
- Experience with the Purchase Order process
- SAP experience
- Experience managing budgets
- Field experience
- Ability to direct and manage the work of others, including the ability to influence without authority.
- Managing the work of contracted employees to ensure work is planned, prioritized, scheduled and performed in a safe and timely manner.
- Performs other duties as requested or assigned.

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor
