We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary
This role leads pricing of products and services, and ensures timely filing of electric rate applications. Evaluates independently the need for regulatory filings. Oversees, develops, and prepares regulatory filings, associated tariffs, work papers, documentation, analyses, discovery responses, and testimony. Monitors and provides analyses regarding regulatory changes. Provides rate support to outside consultants and internal and external counsel. Supports and defends company positions in negotiations and formal proceedings by preparing expert written and oral testimony. Maintains effective working relationships with federal and state commission staff and regulatory stakeholders. Prepares pricing assumptions for financial forecasts.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
7-8+ years of experience in state and/or federal regulatory and utility rate setting processes or equivalent experience.
- Ability to be an expert witness.
- Effective oral communication, written communication, presentation, coaching and teaching skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of advanced financial concepts, analytical techniques, and utility regulatory issues.
- Outstanding analytical, computer, problem assessment, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to evaluate independently and recommend courses of action in response to inquiries.
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor
