We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary
In this mid-level, fully competent role, supports the preparation of regulatory filings, work papers, documentation, analyses, and discovery responses. Monitors and analyzes regulatory changes. Provides information to ensure compliance with regulatory commission directives. Provides research or gathers supporting information that may be presented to regulators, internal and external counsel, and outside consultants. Provides information and performs studies to enable preparation of expert written and oral testimony.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following:
-2-3+ years of experience in state and/or federal regulatory and rate setting process, or equivalent experience;
-Demonstrated knowledge of financial concepts, GAAP practices, analytical techniques, and regulatory issues;
-Effective analytical, computer, problem assessment and problem solving skills;
-Effective written, oral, and presentation skills;
-Strong Excel skills;
-Ability to evaluate and recommend courses of action in response to inquiries.

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor
Preferred Discipline(s): Business, Economics, Legal Studies, Regulatory Affairs

Expected Hiring Base Salary Range:
$65500 - $85000
The expected hiring base salary range is the range we anticipate hiring within for this position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the selected candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and work location.
