Job Summary
This internship position will have the opportunity to work in the New Technology and Energy Conservation organization and work closely with Program Managers, Financial Analyst, and Program Designers to manage the company’s residential and non-residential demand respond and energy efficiency programs. Job responsibilities may include, research, data analytics (Excel Pivot Tables, Power BI and /or Tableau), general experience with using data to support position and tell stories, ability to write concise, clear, and effective business communications (ranging from emails, memos, and reports), and support or lead varied projects. The intern may have the opportunity to work with other groups in the organization including Customer Service, Regulatory, Distributed Generation, Market Operations, and external suppliers/program implementors. Interest in energy efficiency (systems and measures) and customer focused viewpoint are desired.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Active involvement in Tribal and Native serving organizations
Leadership experience in Tribal, student or volunteer groups or organizations
Preference will be given to applicants who are enrolled members of a Native American Tribe.
