We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
Dominion Energy is seeking a Business Performance Analyst to join the Electric Distribution Asset Management team. The Electric Distribution Asset Management team includes the following organizations: Asset Management, Program Management, Forestry, Standards, and GIS. The team is critical to Dominion Energy's commitment to reliable, affordable, and increasing clean energy.
This Business Performance Analyst will be responsible for supporting the team through reporting and analysis, operational progress, and financial performance (both Capital & O&M). The role will include responsibility for developing and maintaining dashboards and other tools to support the team’s business strategies.
Preferred: Prior Experience working with Amazon Quick Sight
Business Performance Analyst (Mid-Level): Prepare, analyze, and present financial case studies for a business process. Define and develop performance metrics, analyze and recommend data collection process improvements, and ensure data integrity as it relates to reporting and analytics. Identify and implement better work and business processes. Develop cost/allocation, cost/benefit programs and models to support the development of business strategies. Develop programs and implement automated methods and systems to track workflow and performance efficiencies. Perform varied analyses of an economic, business, and engineering nature.
Senior Business Performance Analyst: Work independently with business unit management to prepare, analyze, and present financial case studies for a business process. Define and develop performance metrics; analyze and recommend data collection process improvements; and ensure data integrity as it relates to reporting and analytics. Identify and implement better work and business processes. Develop cost/allocation, cost/benefit programs and models to support the development of business strategies. Develop programs and implement automated methods and systems to track workflow and performance efficiencies. Perform varied analyses of an economic, business, and engineering nature. Provide assistance and leadership to co-workers.
**The position will be filled commensurate with the successful candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and education at either Mid, or Senior level, in accordance with business needs and priorities.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following:
Mid-Level = 2-3+ years of relevant experience in directly related field. Strong planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously. Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making. Effective analytical skills. Strong computer skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Senior Level = 5-6+ years of relevant directly related work experience. Demonstrated planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously. Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making. Effective analytical skills. Excellent computer skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor
