We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
Develops and implements supply chain strategies aligned to business unit objectives that benefit Dominion at both the business unit and enterprise level. Directs supply chain strategy of the corporate services business. Develops and executes supplier strategies that build extended enterprise or supplier tiers. Leads business and process improvements in internal operations, supplier integrations and optimization of customer satisfaction. Provides leadership to execute and develop organizational capabilities in teaming, analysis, negotiations and customer service. Develops and implements metrics to assess supply chain processes. Provide spend analysis and supply planning, project coordination for materials and services, product standardization or facilitation to implement enterprise-wide strategic sourcing programs. Lead in major negotiations. Manage supplier integration. Lead corporate merger, acquisition and divestiture activities. Manages employee development and guidance including providing regular feedback and performing appraisals. Work with leaders, within and outside SCM to ensure all procurement compliance requirements are met. In addition, works with the Law department and the compliance areas to refine requirements as possible.
Oversees investment recovery personnel and activities for client groups to dispose of surplus, obsolete, and scrap materials and equipment in a timely manner. Provides consulting to internal customers during planning stages of equipment replacement projects. On more complex dispositions, coordinates cross-functional issues associated with legal, environmental, accounting, and logistics concerns. Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
For this manager position a focus on the procurement of services would be beneficial with experience in facilities, environmental, and Fleet services would be beneficial.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
12-15 years related experience.
- Thorough knowledge of supply chain management principles.
- Knowledge of services procurement to include facilities; environmental; and fleet would be beneficial.

Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor
