We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the implementation and execution of cost and process controls within DEV Electric Distribution primarily through the Project Management Office.
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Support develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines with PMO
- Cost Management: Monitor and control project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency across multiple business units and programs.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on project progress, performance metrics, and key milestones for stakeholders.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure project needs are met.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
- Change Management: Manage project changes, including scope adjustments, and ensure proper documentation and approval processes.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the project controls team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following:
- 7+ years of relevant exempt experience in directly related field.
- Strong knowledge of cost controls principles.
- Strong decision making and problem solving.
- Must be able to verify data and present statistical reports and documentation. Knowledge of company operations, strategies, and business plans. Knowledge and application of customer contracts, agreements and terms and conditions.
- Awareness of applicable codes and regulations.
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate staff in a team environment.
- Proven ability to effectively plan and manage multiple activities, resources and time.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Skills: leadership; verbal and written communication; resource management; planning and organizing.
- Abilities: teaming; address multiple tasks simultaneously; process information from many sources and formulate workable plan; make effective decisions; project management.
