Job Summary
This role will be responsible for the following:
- Understands and applies the fundamental concepts, principles, practices, and procedures to carry out all aspects of the job
- Proficiently performs assignments having the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience needed to carry out all aspects of the job
- Exercises independent judgment and decision-making in planning, organizing and conducting work assignments
- May receive instructions and guidance on unusual or complex problems and knows when to get others involved
- Effectively utilizes the proper resources to develop solutions and devise new approaches to problems encountered in work assignments
- Identifies and eliminates unnecessary work and non-value-added activities
- Advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve issues with applications not supported by IT application teams
- Proficiency in Windows 10/Office365 Products/Outlook/Teams
- Ability to interface with wide variety of clients
- Handle large volumes of imaging requests
- Proficiency in Service Now application
- Proficiency with Okta Authentication
- Proficiency with imaging via SCCM
- Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve any imaging issues for standard PC’s/laptops, toughbooks, tablets, etc.
- High volume of IT requests for hardware and software
- Experience supporting HP and OCE printers/plotters
- Potential for heavy lifting
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
3+ years of experience in Toughbooks and Laptop imaging and support.
- Experience in data communications is desired. Data Communications can include troubleshooting issues with LAN/WAN, rugged devices, mobile devices, etc.
- Incumbents should have a good understanding and knowledge of software applications and hardware.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

- Willingly cooperates and works collaboratively towards solutions that generally benefit all parties and accomplishes company/group objectives.

Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor
Preferred disciplines: Business, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics.
