We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary

Have you been told you are an analytical or strategic thinker? Do you have a mind for developing business opportunities? Do you think outside the box? DE's Innovation department is looking for an enthusiastic intern who will help evaluate innovative new business growth opportunities while also working to instill a culture innovation in DE colleagues.
 
This intern will work with one of the experienced team members in the Innovation Department on identifying and recommending innovative revenue growth opportunities, commercial licensing opportunities, and finding creative ways to advance a culture of Innovation throughout the company.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

  • Analytical skills and business acumen required –finance, economics, engineering, branch of science, business major preferred
  • Desire to research and evaluate new business growth opportunities 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Education Requirements

  • Analytical skills and business acumen required –finance, economics, engineering, branch of science, business major preferred
  • Candidates must have an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2025 or greater
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or greater
