We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
Provide support to various groups across Dominion Energy including CFO, Audit, Human Resources, Customer Experience and many more. Potential assignments within Dominion Energy Services group include:
- Assist in month end financial closing process to reconcile actual results versus budget assumptions
- Engage directly with business leaders while assisting in the management of their capital and operation and maintenance costs
- Participate in meetings with internal clients to support any adhoc assignments
- Assist in development and monitoring of corporate strategy and other special projects as assigned
- Provide support for five-year budget development process
- Perform additional duties as requested or assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
- Candidates must have an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2026.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 either overall or within major
- In pursuit of a bachelor's degree from a 4 year institution, preferences held to disciplines in Finance, Accounting, Business, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics
- Demonstrable interest in finance and a desire to gain practical finance experience
- No experience in energy or related industries is required
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and ability to interpret financial data
- Excellent quantitative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Solid working knowledge of and experience with MS Office applications especially Excel
