We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary

The Payment Services Intern will support the Customer Payments and Electronic Strategies team by assisting with reporting, data analysis, process improvement initiatives, and business performance activities. This role provides hands-on experience in analyzing operational data, developing reports and presentations, documenting business processes, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer outcomes. The intern will work closely with business analysts and operational leaders to gain exposure to performance metrics, workflow analysis, business case development, and continuous improvement efforts. The position also offers rotational learning opportunities within billing and credit services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Support the development of performance metrics, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Help identify trends, process improvement opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
  • Assist with process mapping and business documentation.
  • Support special projects, cost-benefit analyses, and business case development.
  • Collaborate with business partners across customer payment and billing operations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
  • Interest in business analytics, process improvement, and operational performance.

Education Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program majoring in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, FinTech, or a related field.
  • Must have a GPA of 3.0 or above 
  • Must have a graduation date in 2029
