Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern to support our Customer Contact Operations Support team. This role will assist with a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations in our contact center, including monitoring Contact Intelligence (CI) email distribution, tracking agent performance, and coordinating with CI Analysts for issue resolution. The intern will also play a key role in updating and maintaining the workforce management system, ensuring agent schedules are accurate, and helping to monitor team performance. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong organizational and communication skills, and a desire to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic customer service environment.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

Monitor Contact Intelligence Emails: Oversee the distribution of CI emails and ensure timely responses to both routine and emergent issues, escalating to CI Analysts as necessary for resolution.

Agent Ticket Tracker Support: Track and manage agent ticket statuses, ensuring that support tickets are addressed efficiently and resolved in a timely manner.

Workforce Management System Updates: Assist in maintaining and updating the workforce management system to reflect accurate agent schedule adjustments.

Adherence Reports: Analyze and generate weekly adherence reports to ensure agents comply with their schedules. Distribute reports to the supervisor team and assist in follow-up actions as needed.

New Hire Orientation: Participate in the CSO Electricity Overview during Day 1 and Day 2 of new hire orientation to learn about the company’s structure and customer service operations.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, managers, and other departments to address operational challenges and support continuous improvement efforts.
Education Requirements
Enrolled in a 4-year accredited college majoring in Data Science/Analytics, Mathematics, Business Administration with a graduation date of 2027.
Minimum of a 3.0 GPA required
