Job Summary

This role has the responsibility to assist with communications and marketing to residential and commercial customers regarding Dominion Energy Virginia and Dominion Energy North Carolina customer service programs and initiatives.  Assist with developing and executing proactive communications and marketing plans to drive customer behavior to use online channels, including but not limited to electronic transactions, bills and payments.  Also, must have proficient computer skills to include Microsoft applications.  Perform other duties as requested or assigned.Working closely with Communications Specialist: repsonsbility with developing and implementing communication plan and strategies.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

The successful candidate will need to have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions;
  • Ability to exercise significant amount of discretion in performance of duties and responsibilities;
  • Basic spreadsheet and word processing skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel (data entry) & Word (letters);
  • Good oral and written communication skills demonstrated by use of correct grammar and terminology;

Education Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled as a full time student at a 4-year university seeking a degree in Communications or Marketing
  • Must have an anticipated graduation date of May 2021 or later
  • Must have a 2.5 cumulative GPA or greater
