We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
We are seeking a forward-thinking and data-driven individual to join our Talent Strategy team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our company has the right talent, in the right place, at the right time—today and in the future.
As a Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant, you will partner closely with leaders across all business segments of the company —prioritizing support for areas undergoing growth, transformation, or other strategic shifts. You will assess workforce supply and demand, identify talent gaps and surpluses, and inform long-term staffing strategies that align with operational goals and future business needs.
This role requires a strong ability to connect workforce data with strategic business insights. You will collaborate with internal analytics teams and leverage workforce planning tools and technology to deliver actionable recommendations. Your work will help the company stay competitive, agile, and prepared for the energy industry’s evolving demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to HR business partners and operational leaders across business segments to assess current and future workforce needs and organizational design.
- Facilitate cross-functional strategic workforce planning sessions to align key stakeholders around market assumptions and workforce scenarios.
- Analyze labor market trends, internal workforce data, and business forecasts to identify risks and opportunities.
- Utilize workforce planning technology platforms to model scenarios, track progress, and communicate insights.
- Collaborate with internal analytics teams to support planning and decision-making.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies and executive-level presentations.
Support the integration of workforce planning into talent acquisition, succession planning, and broader HR strategies.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
7+ years of experience with design and implementation of strategic workforce planning, HR strategy, talent management, organizational design, or a related discipline. Strong preference for candidates with at least three years of strategic workforce planning experience.
Specific knowledge, skills, abilities and experience include:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Excellent personal computer skills and in depth knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of company organizational structure, policies and programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects to closure.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to think analytically and strategically.
- Demonstrated experience consulting with leaders and managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Experience with workforce planning tools and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Visier, or equivalent).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above
Licenses, Certifications, or Quals Description
Preferred: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
Other: Professional certification in speciality area desirable.
