We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
This position can be located in either Richmond, VA or Cayce, SC.
This role specifically serves as the strategic lead for Performance Management at Dominion Energy.
Specific job responsibilities include the following:
- Primary point of contact and lead consultant for Dominion Energy’s holistic Performance Management strategy, process, and system design, communication, training, and change management.
- Facilitates change initiatives, process changes, and cultural change efforts to effectively integrate performance management with the organization's strategy, its structures and systems, and the processes by which work, and goals are accomplished for improved organizational performance.
- Develops, implements, and coordinates corporate-wide performance management policy guidelines, programs, and processes and monitors effectiveness to further business objectives and legal requirements. Focuses on continuous improvement efforts to support the changing needs of the business.
- Understands and addresses how performance management impacts and integrates with other human resources functions.
- Provides leadership and expertise within the performance management function and serves as a resource and expert to leaders, employees, and the human resources community.
- Acts as source of "best practice" information and keeps abreast of trends and issues to design, implement, communicate, and administer performance management strategies, policies, and programs.
- Will lead or coordinate other HR initiatives, projects or programs related to learning & development and talent management.
- Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
7+ years of experience in Talent Management/Development, with strong preference to include prior Performance Management experience. (Note: A Master's Degree can count as one year of experience. Partial year experience of at least six months of experience will be rounded up to one full year.).
Specific knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:
- Significant directly related knowledge and experience in the specialty area of talent management and development.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal, facilitation, and influencing, and persuasion skills.
- Excellent personal computer skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of company organizational structure, policies and programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects to closure, including a strong emphasis on communications, training, and change management.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to think analytically and strategically.
- SAP SuccessFactors experience highly desirable.
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor or Master
Preferred Disciplines: Human Resources, Training, Business, Liberal Arts
Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above
Licenses, Certifications, or Quals Description
Preferred: SPHR; SHRM-SCP; Insights Discovery; Korn Ferry
Other: Professional certification in speciality area desirable.
