We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary
There is one position available which will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidates' education, experience, knowledge skills, and abilities.
This role supports the financial analysis of acquisition/divestiture activities and provides analysis and presentation preparation in support of investment decisions going before Dominion Energy's Investment Review Committee (IRC).
Specific duties include:
- Support the coordination of accounting, tax, regulatory, risk and treasury subject matter expert review of financial models.
- Assist in addressing IRC questions on information provided, or to address requests for the evaluation of other alternatives.
- Supports preparation, update and communication of various assumptions for business and investment decisions.
- Prepare or assist in ad hoc financial analysis of potential investments as assigned.
- Interact with internal and external parties involved in the assessment of investment opportunities.
- Support the development and analysis of forward-looking financial information.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Financial Analyst
- 2-3+ years of experience in financial management and analysis; utility and/or relevant industry; accounting standards and practices.
- Skills: excellent leadership; organizational; interpersonal; verbal and written communication, teamwork, analytical and customer focus skills.
- Some expertise in consolidated financial planning and analysis; capital allocation; project financial analysis; M&A analysis; due diligence process; understanding of accounting, tax and financing principles.
- Knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
- Aptitude for continuous learning
Senior Financial Analyst
- 5+ years of experience in financial management and analysis; utility and/or relevant industry; accounting standards and practices.
- Excellent leadership; organizational; interpersonal; verbal and written communication, teamwork, analytical and customer focus skills.
- Requires ability to work under limited supervision and direction.
- Demonstrated expertise in consolidated financial planning and analysis; capital allocation; project financial analysis; M &A analysis; due diligence process; understanding of accounting, tax and financing principles.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor

Licenses, Certifications, or Quals Description
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred
