We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
There is one position available which will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidates' education, experience, knowledge skills, and abilities and can be located in either the Richmond, Virginia or Cayce, South Carolina office.
The Disbursements Representative II is responsible for performing a variety of processing functions related to disbursement operations and accounts payable. Key responsibilities include:
- Executing core disbursement operations in accordance with company policies and accounts payable procedures.
- Reviewing, analyzing, and processing invoices.
- Routing invoices for payment; rejecting invoices with incorrect billing or insufficient documentation.
- Researching and resolving payment-related issues and discrepancies.
- Training and supporting vendors and business unit partners, regarding invoice submittal and processing.
- Collaborating with BU Operating Group, Supply Chain Buyers, and Vendor contacts to resolve invoice issues.
- Assisting BU Performance Reviewers, Admins, and Service Entry Processors with SAP and Taulia.
Note: Disbursements Representative I
The Disbursements Representative I is an entry-level position supporting routine invoice processing and payment functions under close supervision. This role has limited responsibility for complex issue resolution and minimal vendor interaction, focusing on foundational tasks and gaining exposure to billing systems and disbursement procedures. It serves as a training ground for advancement to Disbursements Representative II.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Disbursements Representative I
- Working experience not required
- Basic working knowledge of accounting principles and business math.
- Attention to detail to avoid errors.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Clear oral and written communication skills.
Disbursements Representative II
- 2 or more years of related working experience.
- Basic working knowledge of accounting principles and business math.
- Familiarity with company automated accounting systems and policies.
- Knowledge of company business units, departments, and pay processes.
- Ability to coordinate, process, and control large volumes of work quickly and accurately.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Education Requirements
Disbursement Rep I/II - Associate degree preferred in Accounting or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
