We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary
- Establish, maintain and strengthen productive business relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and remove obstacles by identifying issues early and developing effective, solutions‑focused approaches.
- Maintain current reference materials, which may include creating and updating job aids, maintaining Live Wire content and developing or distributing newsletters or other communications to enhance process clarity.
- Assign work and provide support to contracted vendors working on Rural Broadband and Right of Way overflow projects, ensuring clear expectations, compliance, and timely issue resolution.
- Manage specialty easements, addendums, quitclaims and revision requests, providing research assistance, responding to elevated customer concerns and serving as a liaison with Legal on related matters and closing associated tasks through BITS and EWAM.
- Track and document all vendor‑acquired easements, ensuring newly obtained rights are accurately recorded in Dominion systems and that original documents are collected and forwarded for appropriate handling and storage.
- Coordinate and manage processes related to capturing easement data across GIS platforms, SharePoint sites and FileShare.
- Conduct and participate in gatekeeper meetings as needed to ensure effective project management, vendor accountability, and invoicing integrity.
- Deliver and support Right of Way training, reinforcing policy adherence and assisting with the development of updated or new guidelines for vendors
- Maintain regular communication with Dominion Right of Way to discuss current processes, identify issues, develop solutions, and promote consistency across regions.
- Support management with data integrity efforts, ensuring established processes are being followed and assisting in identifying and implementing solutions when issues arise.
- Manage all distribution–transmission encroachments, serving as the liaison between groups to ensure proper coordination and compliance.
- Support storm restoration efforts, contributing to timely restoration activities and helping reduce customer outage durations
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into the job include the following:
Minimum 2+ years of required relevant experience. Requires significant directly related experience involving electric distribution rights of way. Full knowledge of company policies (ROW related). Good written and verbal communications, excel and organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. Demonstrated leadership abilities and has recognition of peers for technical expertise. Demonstrated abstract and conceptual thinking abilities. Ability to maintain advanced data organization - to develop or enhance ROW database (Sharepoint, GIS, FileShare, Salesforce). Demonstrated ability to summarize reports for management.

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor, Preferred Discipline: Business
