We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary
This role manages facility contracted services including, construction, space planning, move management, custodial, landscaping, and waste removal. Adjusts and standardizes services' scope of work to meet facility customer needs. Works with procurement to leverage purchasing power and competition to minimize costs. Works with facility customers and service providers to resolve performance problems and contractural issues. Responsible for prompt and accurate payment of contractors while adhering to budgets and schedules. Serves as traveling and on-site focal point between facility customer and facility organization including Real Estate, Office Services and Security. Monitors performance of service contracts to ensure requirements are met by service provider.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
5+ years of experience in project management or managing contracted facility services.
- Knowledge and experience administering facility service contracts and resolving issues.
- Knowledge of property management or construction management.
- Customer focus skills, Business acumen, Self-management and motivation skills, Interpersonal skills, Contract management skills.
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Associate
Preferred Discipline(s): Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management
Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above.
