Job Summary
Manages the Port Logistics and Operations for the 2.6GW offshore wind project including upgrade scope, budget, schedule, contractor progress, vessel deliveries, inventory tracking, and vendor reporting. Additionally, supervise the Engineering and Design of the required Port upgrades necessary to support the construction of the offshore wind project.
Manages or supports assigned phases of major projects including business development support, site development, permitting support (air, water, state, local, etc.), scope development, major contract negotiations, engineering, procurement, and construction contracts, construction activities, commissioning and transition to commercial operation. Supports development and management of specific portions of project budget and schedule. Involved in major complex projects including new generation facilities (coal, combined cycle and nuclear), environmental projects (cooling towers, wet or dry scrubbers, baghouse and SCR), and other major complex projects exceeding $100M. Multiple complex projects including turbine uprates.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
7+ years of Project Management experience.
Demonstrated experience in project management of large and technically complex activities including developing, implementing and managing new construction and/or improvement projects.
Experience with marititme transports, vertical construction and/or engineering strongly preferred.
Strong team building skills.
Effective negotiating skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
Ability to develop, manage and monitor project performance to ensure results meet project requirements and schedules.
Ability to resolve technical problems and operational challenges.
Ability to respond to changing conditions and requirements, evaluate options, and implement changes.
Ability to work and develop rapport with all levels of management and staff.
Ability to represent the project and the company in public forums.
Ability to lead a diverse team of administrative, technical and construction professionals and manage conflicts.
Demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities from past experience related to marine site characterization & energy development,marine construction, heavy civil construction, coastal infrastructure and/or port & harbor development.
Preferred skills:
Demonstration of experience in geotechnical evaluations and design, geophysical surveys and evaluations, and wind energydevelopment and operations.
Ability to manage multiple contracts and vendors
Note: A partial year of related work experience of 6 months or more rounds to one full year of qualifications.
