We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary
Supports the project manager or leader in planning, executing, and monitoring the project activities and deliverables. Tracks and reports on project status, milestones, budget, risks, and issues using appropriate tools and templates. Coordinates and communicates with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and vendors involved in the project. Assists with project documentation, quality assurance, contract administration, and compliance. Learns and applies project management best practices, standards, and methodologies to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals. Participates in project-related training, meetings, workshops, and reviews.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
0 - 2+ years of experience in managing construction and/or improvement projects that enhance the plant's reliability, efficiency and safety. Has basic knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, tools and best practices, and is willing to learn about the latest trends and innovations. Demonstrates skills in working effectively and cooperatively with project teams and stakeholders and communicates clearly and professionally with diverse audiences. Supports the development, management, and monitoring of project plans, schedules, budgets, and performance indicators, and ensures alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations. Ability to use project management tools and software to facilitate project planning, tracking, reporting, and documentation. Ability to identify, mitigate, and resolve project issues and risks, and adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with project management, budgeting, scheduling, and risk analysis. Knowledge of power generation, transmission, distribution, and energy markets. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Education Requirements
Education Level: Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelors
Disciplines preferred: Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related degrees that are applicable to Project Construction in utilities.
Licenses, Certifications, or Quals Description
Preferred: EIT, PE, PMP, PMI-CP
