We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary

The Change Enablement Specialist consults within DEV business areas to facilitate the implementation of technology and/or large-scale change to business processes.  Utilizing OCM (Organizational Change Management) methodology and using internal templates to work with project teams, the Specialist will be responsible for delivering training sessions, conducting analysis, designing project and communication plans based on business demands.

  • Designs, develops, and delivers online instructional materials with interactive and multimedia technology-driven components consistent with established design and development processes to ensure agility. 
  • Designs, develops, and creates highly effective, results driven curriculum to support the learning and development needs of stakeholders.
  • Arranges instructional sequences to create quantitative and qualitative measurement tools and integrates reporting requirements.
  • Runs pilot tests to check functionality and ensure full scale utilization.
  • Facilitate/ provide coaching to SME (subject matter experts) facilitators on best practices for delivery using various media. 
  • Works independently to meet deadlines while coordinating with and soliciting input on materials from subject matter experts.
  • Learns and sustains an elevated level of acumen across DEVs business areas to account for impact to stakeholder adoption pathways or barriers. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

  • 3+ years relevant work experience in adult learning, curriculum development, and curriculum delivery for a variety of modalities (web-based/online courses, instructor-led, & virtual).
  • Experience in change management encompassing the full change management lifecycle using standard methodologies (Kotter/Prosci) preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Office 365, Captivate, Articulate Storyline, eLearning platforms, and web communication tools strongly preferred.
  • Experience in instructional design, technical communication, and multimedia content development. 
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work exceptionally well in internal and external cross-functional teams.

Education Requirements

Education Level: Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelors

Disciplines preferred: Adult education and Instructional design. 

Licenses, Certifications, or Quals Description

3+ years of experience.
