We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
There is one position available and it will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience.
The Change Transformation Specialist serves as a strategic partner in enabling successful adoption of enterprise transformation initiatives across the organization. This role supports large-scale business transformation efforts, helping leaders and employees navigate change associated with technology modernization, artificial intelligence (AI), operating model evolution, workforce transformation, business process improvements, and culture change.
Working closely with transformation leaders, technology teams, business stakeholders, and communications professionals, this individual develops and executes change enablement strategies that increase awareness, understanding, adoption, and long-term sustainment of enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, storyteller, and change practitioner who can translate complex concepts into meaningful messages that inspire action and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Change Enablement & Transformation Strategy
Partner with Transformation & Technology Strategy leaders to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Develop and execute change enablement strategies that accelerate employee adoption and business readiness.
Assess organizational impacts across people, processes, technology, culture, and operating models.
Identify adoption risks, barriers, and resistance points and develop mitigation strategies.
Create change roadmaps and stakeholder engagement plans that support successful transformation outcomes.
Guide business areas through periods of significant change, ensuring alignment between transformation objectives and employee experience.
Strategic Communications & Storytelling
Develop compelling communication strategies that translate complex transformation initiatives into clear, meaningful narratives.
Craft executive-level messaging, leadership communications, presentations, FAQs, talking points, and other change-related materials.
Use storytelling techniques to help leaders communicate vision, purpose, urgency, and benefits of transformation initiatives.
Ensure consistent messaging across multiple stakeholder groups and business functions.
Support executive communication efforts related to technology modernization, AI adoption, workforce transformation, and culture initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Adoption
Conduct stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and impact assessments to inform change strategies.
Facilitate workshops, focus groups, listening sessions, leadership briefings, and feedback forums.
Build trusted relationships with leaders, project teams, and business partners across the enterprise.
Technology & AI Transformation
Support organizational adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools and digital capabilities.
Help leaders and employees understand the value, impact, and practical application of new technologies.
Collaborate with technology teams to develop adoption plans and user-centered implementation approaches.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data related to change readiness, engagement, and adoption.
Develop success metrics and dashboards that measure effectiveness of change interventions.
Recommend improvements that strengthen employee engagement, accelerate adoption, and improve business outcomes.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Change Transformation Specialist: 3+ years of experience in change management, strategic communications, organizational development, transformation, employee engagement, or related disciplines.
Senior Change Transformation Specialist: 6+ years of experience leading organizational change, enterprise transformation, strategic communications, or technology adoption initiatives.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Strong storytelling abilities with the capability to simplify complex topics into engaging, employee-centered messages.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of change management methodologies and change enablement practices.
Experience supporting technology, AI, digital, workforce, culture, or business process transformations.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to influence without direct authority and build trust across all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with experience leveraging employee feedback and adoption data to drive decisions.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working across cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, collaboration technologies, employee communication platforms, and presentation tools.

Expected Hiring Base Salary Range:
Change Enablement Specialist $65500 - $85000
Senior Change Enablement Specialist $81900 - $130900
The expected hiring base salary range is the range we anticipate hiring within for this position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the selected candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and work location. This is not intended to represent the full salary range for the position or limit future compensation growth.
