We offer a hybrid work schedule (one week in the office, one week of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
The Business Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing enterprise business systems with a strong emphasis on data, reporting, integrations, and analytics enablement. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and IT delivery teams to ensure business data needs are translated into well-defined requirements and scalable system solutions.
The individual in this role serves as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, supporting data-driven initiatives across platforms such as ERP, HR systems, and enterprise data platforms. Responsibilities include requirements elicitation, data analysis, functional design, system configuration support, testing, and ongoing operational support, with a focus on ensuring data quality, consistency, and usability across systems.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document data and system requirements for reports, dashboards, integrations, and analytics use cases
- Translate business and data requirements into functional specifications for technical and data engineering teams
- Support enterprise data initiatives by assisting with data sourcing, validation, reconciliation, and quality analysis
- Collaborate with IT, Data Architecture, and Data Engineering teams to support data pipelines, integrations, and reporting solutions
- Participate in system testing (unit, integration, UAT) with emphasis on data accuracy and integrity
- Provide production support and troubleshooting for data-related system issues
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve business processes through better use of data and systems
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor
Preferred Discipline(s): Business, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics
