We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
As a Business Performance Analyst specializing in Customer Experience Web Analytics, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing our digital customer journey. You will leverage web analytics tools to gather, interpret, and report on data, providing actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret web analytics data to understand customer behavior and identify trends.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer experience on our website.
- Reporting: Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies for improving website usability and customer satisfaction.
- Tool Management: Manage and maintain web analytics tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to align web analytics initiatives with business goals.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Minimum Requirements ((Note: A partial year of related work experience of 6 months or greater will be considered one year towards the qualifications):
- 2-3+ years of experience in web analytics, customer experience analysis, or a similar role.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Excel.
- Experience with customer journey mapping and user experience (UX) design. Knowledge of HTML strongly preferred.

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor
