We offer a hybrid work schedule (one week in the office, one week of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
The Associate IT Compliance Analyst will participate in compliance-related projects, interpret regulatory requirements, and assist with creating effective compliance processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn technical compliance concepts and possess analytical abilities. Assist with maintaining a compliance program for a group of applications or systems under direct supervision. Participate in compliance-related projects, interpreting regulatory requirements. Assist with creating effective compliance processes and procedures for systems and applications. Complete compliance-related data requests. Assist with developing plans for remediation. Help identify opportunities for strengthening compliance controls. Raise awareness of current and upcoming policies, regulations, and requirements.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following:
-0-2 years of directly related experience in IT audit, compliance, or technology.
-Ability to interpret and understand IT regulatory standards and requirements.
-Ability to document and update IT controls for compliance requirements.
-Strong analytical abilities.
-Desire and aptitude for learning technical compliance concepts.
-Understanding of IT regulatory standards and requirements.
-Excellent organization and time management skills.
-Must be highly motivated and able to work effectively under supervision in a fast-paced environment.
-Must be team-oriented, placing priority on quality and the successful completion of team goals.
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor
Preferred Discipline(s): Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology
