We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
Dominion Energy is seeking a Business Performance Analyst to join the Dominion Energy Virginia – Operations Support (DEVOS) Environmental Excellence Team. The Environmental Excellence Team supports the following organizations: Electric Distribution, Electric Transmission, Nuclear Generation and Project Construction. The team is critical to Dominion Energy's commitment to reliable, affordable, and increasing clean energy.
This Associate / Business Performance Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Environmental Team through reporting and analysis, Environmental Management System processes, and efficiency improvements. The role will also include collaboration with environmental professionals to develop and maintain metric dashboards and other compliance tools using Microsoft 365 products and applications.
Associate/Mid-Level:
- Review environmental data for quality control
- Prepare, analyze, and present environmental data.
- Define and develop performance metrics.
- Analyze and recommend data collection process improvements and ensure data integrity as it relates to compliance reporting and recordkeeping.
- Identify better work and business processes.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and other Microsoft 365 tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, etc.) to support business strategies.
- Develop and implement automated methods and systems.
- Perform varied analyses and prepare reports to support operational progress and environmental performance.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following:
Associate Business Performance Analyst: 0-2 years or relevant experience in a directly related field. Planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously, Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making. Analytical skills. Good computer skills. Good oral and written communication skills.
Business Performance Analyst: 2-3+ years of relevant experience in directly related field. Strong planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously. Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making. Effective analytical skills. Strong computer skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor
Preferred Discipline(s): Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Environmental Studies, or related fields.
