We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary

Administers all aspects of the Company’s AMI Opt-Out program.  Subject matter expert on program, internal and external communications, relevant regulations, associated CIS requirements and processing, including customer billing for associated fees. 
•    Provides interpretation, guidance, and support in the administration and enforcement of program regulations.  
•    Provides in-depth knowledge and direction in interpreting regulations, policies, procedures, filed terms and conditions as related to the AMI Opt-Out program.  
•    Promotes communication and support with key stakeholders such as Call Center, Billing, Field Metering, Credit, Customer Relations, External Affairs, Media Relations, etc., including but not limited to developing and administering training and job aids.  
•    Regularly assists customer facing organizations with responses to customer concerns.  
•    Determines need for legal review and advice on related issues. Assists with preparation of testimony, exhibits and filings with regulatory commission involving AMI Opt-Out program.   
•    Resolves discrepancies and communicates with Call Center, Field Metering, Customer Relations, leadership, and other key internal stakeholders.  
•    Coordinates, administers, and performs all reporting, recordkeeping, and data entry for AMI Opt-Out program. 
•    Provides input to management on program performance. 
•    Provides data analysis and reporting for program success and trends. 
•    Perform all other duties, as assigned.
 

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

The knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following:

•    0-2 years of related experience in a related field. Advanced verbal and written communication skills (including technical writing), to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. 
•    Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines. 
•    Strong negotiation skills. 
•    Strong computer skills. 
•    Able to interpret and apply complex policies and procedures. 
•    Analytical and statistical abilities. 
•    Demonstrates ability to prioritize work and to exercise a significant amount of discretion on the performance of duties and responsibilities. 
•    Demonstrates ability to take initiative and work independently and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
•    Willingness to embrace change and effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•    Ability to plan, conduct, and coordinate assignments and/or projects and review progress and results.
•    Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:

Bachelor

Preferred Discipline(s): Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance
